AT FALLSTON LOCATION ONLY:
On Sunday, October 29, join us at 10:30AM for the Extreme Balloon Man!
You could be part of Restore’s first Tailgate or Treat!
It’s a free, fun, safe event where children can dress up and enjoy trick or treating in a friendly, family environment. All trunk owner volunteers decorate the trunks of their cars and fill them with individually wrapped candy or trinkets (stickers, temporary tattoos, small prizes) for children. The children walk around and receive candy at every decorated car.
We want every age and every stage to get involved! Here are the options and details:
1. Trunk owners should make at least some attempt to decorate their own trunk. You can simply hand out candy, or you can decorate your vehicle, set up a game and/or dress up. The more inventive, the more children will enjoy it!
2. You will need to provide your own decorations for your tailgate/trunk. Keep in mind this is a family event and all decorations should be appropriate for all ages. If it will make a two year old nervous, it;s probably too scary. Walmart carries a lot of things that glow in dark that are inexpensive that work great for trunk decorating.
3. Trunk owners should bring their own candy and treats (no homemade goods). Each child will receive one item or piece of candy. Plan for at least 500 pieces of candy per trunk for Fallston & 1000 pieces for Elkton. Restore is collecting candy for 4 weeks to off-set any trunk that runs out of candy/prizes.
