Missions at restore

Have you ever wanted to go on a Mission Trip? This is just a taste for missions, but Restore Church is partnering with Amoveo (our connection to the El Salvador Mission Trip) in November and we'd like to take a team of around 20 people. The trip will cost around $99.

Here's a little information about the area:
The work in Philadelphia centers around Philadelphia International Alliance Church. In a community that is home to many refugees and immigrants from around the world there are unique challenges. Over 100 languages are spoken within a 10 block radius of the church. Poverty issues around economic opportunity and social justice issues are pervasive in the community. To combat these issues the church is focusing on business training and business opportunities for the church and those who attend the church.

About the Pastor:
Pastor Clay Katongo and his wife Michealina came to the United States as refugees from Angola. With their two children Clay Jr and Elisha, they live in the community near the church. They have a heart to help in both the physical needs and spiritual needs of the community.

The focus:
Building Restoration
Immigration
Teaching English
Children Outreach

As we receive more specifics, we'll be in touch... but if you're interested in additional information, please let us know here.
